How do I return an item?

Defective products
 
• Please click here to complete the returns form to obtain an RMA# when returning items found to be defective upon delivery.
• Please notify us about defective products within 3 days of when the item was received.
• JewelryBoxesForLess.com will pay the return shipping costs.
• The customer is required to return the defective item in the original shipping package with all original paperwork and any documents enclosed with the original shipment.
• You will receive credit, or a replacement product will be shipped to you upon receipt of the returned item at the warehouse.
Exchanging non-defective products
  • Please click here to complete the returns form to obtain an RMA# before returning any products.
• You may exchange your product, within 30 days of the purchase date, for any reason.
• If the new item is of greater value the customer is responsible for the difference. If the new item is of less value, a refund for the difference will be issued.
• Customer is responsible for all shipping charges.
• We must receive returned merchandise in its original condition before exchanges can be made.
• The customer is required to return the original merchandise in unused condition with all original paperwork and documents enclosed with the original shipment.
• The merchandise must be returned using a traceable courier service.
• JewelryBoxesForLess.com will not be responsible for any lost shipment of product being returned for exchange.
